ARTICLE 1 - SIGNATURES OF THE CONTRACT SELLER: voyant.com.tr RECEIVER: Customer

ARTICLE 2 - CONTRACTING ISSUES: This contract is related to the sale and delivery of the goods / service that the buyer has ordered in electronic form from www.voyant.com.tr website, The rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulations on Principles and Procedures of Implementing Distance Contracts. ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY OF GOODS / SERVICES, FORM OF ACTION AND FORM OF TRANSMISSION: The goods / service shall be delivered to the buyer at the delivery address for which the buyer has requested delivery.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY COSTS AND ISSUES: If the seller declares on his web site that the buyer will pay the delivery fee on his / her own, the seller will bear the cost of delivery. Delivery; is made as soon as possible after the stock is available and the cost of the goods is transferred to the account of the seller. The seller will deliver the goods / service within 14 days from the order and reserve the right to extend the additional 10 (ten) days by written notification within this period. ARTICLE 5 - REPRESENTATION AND COMMITMENT OF THE RECIPIENT: The Buyer shall inspect the contractual goods / service before receiving it; broken, broken tear, etc. damaged and defective goods / services from the cargo company. ARTICLE 6 - SELLER'S DECLARATION AND COMMITMENTS: The seller is responsible for delivering the contractual goods / services in a robust, complete and orderly manner. The seller shall return the goods / service fee within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the cancellation declaration, if any, and the negotiable documents. The goods / service will be returned within 20 (twenty) days. For justifiable reasons, the seller can supply the buyer with the same quality and price without the expiration of the contract. If the seller believes that the goods / service has been rendered impractical, the contractor will notify the buyer before the fulfillment period expires. The paid price and documents, if any, are returned within 10 (ten) days. The goods / services which are defective or damaged from the goods / services which are sold or not with goods / services sold by the guarantee document can be sent to the vendor for the necessary repairs within the guarantee conditions, in which case the delivery expenses shall be covered by the seller.
